From The Archives: Ghosts Of Uni-High Past #2

Introduction By Mason Johns

I apologize in advance for the poor image quality and the article itself being a bit bland, I was severely limited in choice for this week, given I couldn’t access the archives onsite.

Anyway, in keeping with the Olympic spirit, this week's article is entitled ‘Sport is Dead, Long Live Sport’. It was the very first article ever published in Ubique. Despite the title of the article, the sport was far more prioritised back then at U.H.S and played a fairly large role in Ubique for its first few years. It is also interesting to note that there used to be 8 sessions per day.

As a bonus, here is the UHS warcry, which used to be taught on enrolment day:

TARA-RUA, RUA-HINE
KIA-MANA-WAH
U-H, U-H, U-H-S
YAH!
