NAILS!

I love nails. Pretty ones, to be specific. Not in like a weird way or anything, trust me.

It’s just that they’re so like, cool n stuff.

I absolutely adore healthy nails, nails with over the top art, and abnormally long acrylic nails that make that satisfying clicky-clicky noise every time someone moves their hands.

Although my hands and nails aren’t the prettiest (they’re pretty damn ugly), I like to try and take care of them by regularly lathering them in hand cream (either way, my nails are still fugly, it’s actually concerning).

So when Bridget (Ms. Costelloe) mentioned her chipped, red polish that looked like it had been gnawed at by tiny ants, I had an idea; an article with a gallery full of pretty nails, natural nails and nails that have looked like they’ve walked through the depths of hell and back. It was a fun idea, something different, something fresh, something that would leave the audience questioning.

But Bridget somehow read my mind or something, because as she went on and on and on about her scratchy, rouge nails, she gasped like she had the best idea in the world (which she didn’t, because I had the best idea in the world) and let out exactly what was going on in my mind before I had the chance to.

That’s enough words. Enjoy.
