An Axolotl in Our Midst?
There isn't... But there could be!
By signing this petition it will help us in our quest to adopt an Axolotl that will become the mascot of our school. It will live in a spacious fish tank and will be cared for by teachers and students. We will be purchasing a brand new fish tank and the Axolotl from a pet store. The money will come from a fundraiser that will be held at the start of next year. By adopting an Axolotl we can make learning more fun and engaging by incorporating care and education about the Axolotl into the curriculum for junior students in terms of learning to look after an animal and about habitats. A real Axolotl will also assist in further 'hands-on' learning in order to help educate higher students about the theory of evolution in Biology.
