Wow, what a year! We started high school, made new friends, and learned so many new things. From finding our way around school to having fun on the oval with new friends, we've had so many cool adventures. Now, let's dive into this issue and review what some of our year 7’s had to say about their venture.

We interviewed our very own Year 7 students to get inside intel on their first high school experience. Do they feel like they've How would they score their first year out of 10? Did high school meet their expectations, or were there a few curve balls thrown their way? And the million-dollar question: what golden advice would they pass down to the next batch of Year 7s? In the end, the first year of high school for our year 7’s has been a mix of emotions and experiences, underscored by adjustment and growth to the new environment. Despite a difference of opinion on how entertaining the year was, one common piece of advice seems to thrive - “Don’t give up”. Do not fret over the transition, to manage time wisely for homework, and to absorb the new experiences at their own pace. It’s a time of significant change, but one that's full of opportunities to learn from, to make new friends, and to lay the foundation for the years ahead.
